RhythmAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our healthcare operations software strictly in accordance with the selected subscription plan and enabled modules.

This license does not include the right to:

• block Sublicense or Resell: You may not sublicense, sell, resell, or transfer the software or your account to any third party.
• block Reverse Engineer: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
• block Competitive Use: You may not use the platform to build a competing product or service.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

• check_circle Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RhythmAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if RhythmAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
